This is usually the page where the designer lists his
capabilities in dull, third person marketing speak. But
I got stuck after “Robert Gutierrez has worked as a
graphic designer for more than nine years, crafting
identities and marketing collateral for a range of
organizations, from large corporations to local
businesses and non-profits.” That’s as far as I got,
because I felt silly writing about myself as if I’m
not in the room.
Here’s the gist of what I do: I help you, a business, talk
to your customers in language they can understand. That
means selecting the right mix of imagery and words that
will inspire your audience to take action—whether it’s to
buy your product, visit your website, attend your function,
or leave your business card out as a reminder instead of
tossing it in the back of a drawer.
A layout with pictures is nice, but a thoughtful concept
with top-notch execution is better. My task is to listen
carefully to your objectives, check out your competition,
understand your audience, and give you a successful
solution to your design problem.
